Although our business takes us to every stretch of Toronto and the GTA, my mother began her career in Danforth Village and The Beaches 25+ Years ago. As a lifelong member of the community, I have grown an incredible attachment to this area and like my mother... I am proud to call it home. Let us take a moment to walk you through these vibrant Neighborhoods.

Danforth Village

We have to start this in our own backyard. Our business started in Danforth Village and gradually expanded to every stretch of Toronto. For this reason and a million more, Danforth has a special place in our hearts. Once you walk down the bustling streets just steps away from Woodbine, Coxwell, Greenwood and Broadview station we're sure this stretch of Toronto will have a place in yours as well. Its been called a mini downtown with fruit markets, thrift/antique stores and almost any food imaginable lining the walkways. Home to Greek Town, you can find a magnitude of Greek Dishes. You can often find us at Soulas Modern Greek which serves up one of the best Chicken Souvlakis in town, and don't even get us started on the wonderful service. Feeling pizza? (who isn't) Check out Danforth Pizza House which has been in business for over 50 years. Again, the one and only pizza is a bonus when compared to the fantastic family style service and attitude. Families will enjoy this area as it has something for everybody. From clay/paint shops, great markets and nightlife - when the parents need a night off and the kids want to see the babysitter.

Growth in this area is accelerating, and a real estate investment will go a LONG way. Many homes are newly renovated and allow you to invest in a very exciting area without breaking the bank. The Beaches

As the name suggests, a phenominal beach awaits those in this area. In the summer time, people flock to take in some sun, work up a sweat playing volleyball, or take a moment to decompress and enjoy a picnic with the family. The water is safety tested constantly, so feel free to cool off with a dip in Lake Ontario when the weathers right. A quick drive to the Lake Shore Blvd or the Gardiner Expressway keeps you close to the office or downtown night life, but away from the riff raff. This provides you with your own piece of stunning sanctuary. This area is also close to the interesting Queen St E for all your restaurant or cafe needs! In fact, when we need a coffee fix you can usually find us wandering around trying to find that new cafe that just opened.

The Real Estate in this area is great for families or retirees looking to settle in an easy to access and vibrant area. Professionals will love the accessibility while still maintaining a life close to, but separate from the office.
